On the Northwest corner or the beautiful lake Sabago, we are currently managing a sixty acre site. We have completed five units – all of which have been sold. There are another twenty-five two acre lots open, which are open for immediate development as all road, sewer, and electrics have been completed.

Sebago Lake is located in Cumberland Country, Maine. It is the deepest and second largest lake in Maine. The lake is 316 feet deep, covers about 45 square miles in surface area, has a length of 12 miles, and has a shoreline length of 105 miles. In 1938, Maine opened Sebago Lake State Park as one of its original five state parks. The lake offers outstanding waters for trout and salmon fishing.
