George Robb

CEO & Founder

George Robb is the founder and CEO of Chadwick Capital LLC, a real estate investment and management firm he established in 2012. He leads all aspects of the platform — sourcing and underwriting acquisitions, overseeing construction and renovation, and managing assets across a portfolio spanning New Jersey, New York City, and Florida.

Chadwick operates as a vertically integrated platform. In addition to acquisitions, the firm manages its own construction draw administration, vendor relationships, renovation execution, and ongoing building operations in-house — allowing it to take an asset from acquisition through stabilization without reliance on outside management or third-party contractors.

Before founding Chadwick Capital, George spent over a decade on Wall Street. He began on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange at age 16, working at Labranche & Company, before moving into the hedge fund world where he traded equities, options, and convertible bonds. That capital markets background — built on rigorous risk management, disciplined underwriting, and an instinct for mispriced assets — directly informs how Chadwick identifies and underwrites real estate investments today.

George holds a degree in Economics and History from Drew University.

Oscar S. James II

President

Oscar S. James II is President of Chadwick Capital LLC, responsible for property management, tenant relations, government and public affairs, and the day-to-day operations of the firm. His background bridges two worlds that rarely overlap in real estate — elected public service and institutional brokerage — giving Chadwick a meaningful edge in the urban markets where the firm operates.

Oscar is currently spearheading Chadwick Capital's entry into the Detroit market, applying the same value-add multifamily and mixed-use playbook the firm has executed in Newark — distressed acquisition, in-house renovation, and disciplined asset management in supply-constrained urban submarkets with strong long-term fundamentals.

Prior to joining Chadwick Capital, Oscar served as a City Councilman in Newark, New Jersey, and as a member of the City of Newark Central Planning Board. He was also a founding board member of Brick City Development Corporation, now the Newark Economic Community Development Corporation — the city's primary economic development authority. That civic history translates directly into the relationships and market intelligence that inform Chadwick's Newark acquisition and asset management strategy, and positions him well to build the same network in Detroit.

Oscar's real estate career spans both the institutional and independent sides of the business. He held positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Cornerstone Realty before joining Chadwick Capital, and remains a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. He also serves as a political consultant and advisor to local and national elected officials.

Oscar holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Villanova University.
